Like one of the other posters, ‘robin banks’, I’m also Canadian – and lived in the US from 2001 – 2007, so I have a very deep and passionate interest in this election…

I just pray that Barack becomes the 44th President of the United States.

The fucking debates consist soley of O’bama saying what he’ll do and McCain saying what O’bama won’t do. It’s hilarious. McCain is an old fucking idiot.

The split screen certainly made McCain look frazzled and angry…while Obama, occasionally smiling at McCain’s attacks, looked cool, calm, collected and very presidential. I think that will resonate most with undecided voters. It was nice they actually debated the issues in this last one, as their differences on health care and Roe vs. Wade couldn’t be more apparent and I think those two issues will help many undecided women finally make a choice.

Amen. I’m Canadian and Obamamania has definitely swept across the world, after watching this debate it’s clear the great divide between the politics and beliefs of what America has been and the possibilities of what it can be.
